Adi M. Reinstein is a commercial litigation attorney with Militzok & Associates, P.A. Ms. Reinstein represents individuals and companies in property insurance claim litigation, negligence claims, breach of contract actions, real estate and landlord/tenant disputes, foreclosures, family law, and business disputes.

Prior to joining Militzok & Associates, P.A., Ms. Reinstein was a member of Greenspoon Marder’s Banking & Finance Litigation Group, where she focused on representing many of the nation’s largest financial institutions, banks and servicers. Ms. Reinstein handled all aspects of residential foreclosures, from the initial complaint to the sale. Ms. Reinstein has attended numerous non-jury trials and successfully secured judgment in favor of her clients in excess of $50M. Ms. Reinstein has also practiced in various areas of the law including, bankruptcy, immigration, personal injury and residential transactional law.

Ms. Reinstein attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center where she received her Juris Doctorate degree and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, Stephen R. Booher Inn of Court, and Phi Alpha Delta.  Ms. Reinstein received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Lake Forest College with a double Major in Economics and Biology and a Minor in Psychology where she was an Associate member of Beta Beta Beta, the National Biological Honors Society.

Ms. Reinstein is active in many civic and charitable organizations. She was appointed to serve as a member of the Commission on the Status of Women. She is involved in the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar, Broward County Bar Association, South Florida Chapter of the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Jewish Federation of Broward County, Posnack Jewish Day School Links to Learning, Co-Chair “Get on the Fence” David Posnack Jewish Community Center Playground Committee, and David Posnack Jewish Community Center PTO Room Parent.
